About Us
With over thirty
years of injection molding
experience, Dale and
Kimberly Cederquist are
proud of Universal Products
and its commitment to people
and community.

Dale began as a material
handler after his graduation
from Tri-County High School
in 1976. He quickly moved
into a supervisory position
and after fifteen years in
the business took steps with
Kimberly to create Universal
Products. Together with
their employees, Universal
has continued to keep up
with industry standards,
obtaining ISOQ9001-2000 in
December of 2003 and in 2008
the certifications TS 16949
and WBE (Women-owned
Business Enterprise).
Dale and Kimberly are active
in the community in many
ways. Dale has been a church
board deacon and treasurer
and serves on the executive
board at Lincoln Lake
Baptist Youth Camp. Kimberly
took a vital role in the
building of the Reynolds
Township Library in 2005 as
the chairperson of the fund
raising committee and now
shares her fund-raising
skills with Lincoln Lake
Baptist Youth Camp.
Dale and Kimberly are
passionate about the
community they grew up in
and desire to provide
competitive employment to
the area. They have always
had the goal of working
together to create a family
environment. That
environment is found in the
belief that each employee
has equal importance and
helps to make Universal
Products’ business strong.
Presently, Universal employs
44 people with plans for
expansion.
The goals for Universal
Products today are no
different than when the
company was founded over 17
years ago—expand the
business by working to
better what we do. We invite
you to tour our facilities.
When you do, you’ll truly
appreciate a small,
top-notch company with a lot
of pride.
